Hello, teacher my idea about a conversation successful is when you share ideas, questions, agree or disagree. When the other person have well balanced and is reciprocal interaction both are sharing and interested in the others perspective in a conversation, but  the most important thing is to listen and share emotions or feelings about the topic you want with the person.
